How to register
We recommend online registration, with credit card payment only.

Alternatively, you can register by completing and faxing/mailing the online registration form to the Congress Secretariat. If mailing the registration form, please make a copy of your completed form prior to mailing it.

2. By fax: by faxing the online registration form at +39 050 501239
3. By mail: by sending the registration form by mail or courier to Biomedical Technologies srl, Via Trieste 1, 56126 Pisa, Italy. The Organizing Secretariat  will not be responsible for mail not arriving at destination.

Cancellation policy for registration
Refunds (less € 25,00 for taxes and administrative expenses) will be granted to delegates unable to attend. A written notice must be received by the Organizing Secretariat before January 20th, 2009. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after January 20th, 2009. All refunds will be issued after the Congress.

Group registration
If you are interested in a group registration (10 persons or more), please email the Human Reproduction Secretariat at humanrep2009registrations@biomedicaltechnologies.com for further information. Please note that no registration will be made without full personal contact details for each participant and the corresponding payment. Blank registrations are not allowed.
